Katerina Tsoukalas-Heitkemper is an associate with the firm. Her practice is concentrated in the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowners associations and general commercial litigation. She received her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2004 and received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations. She assumes a central role in the firm’s community association assessment collection department, handling or assisting with much of the firm’s assessment collection litigation, as well as acting as a primary conduit between the firm and its community association clients in assessment collection matters.
