Theodore M. Gross is a senior associate with the firm. Mr. Gross is a 1997 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law. He received his B.A. with a double major in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1994. Mr. Gross has more than ten years of experience in all aspects of general litigation and condominium and homeowner association representation and litigation. Mr. Gross also has substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and litigation, creditor and debtor rights, bankruptcy, family law, estate planning and real estate transactions. Mr. Gross is a member of, and sits on the Board of Directors for, the Rotary Club of Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates. Mr. Gross also currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Schaumburg Business Association. Mr. Gross is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations.
